1General Terms & Conditions

K7777ai (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between k7777ai and all its users ("Members").

These terms and conditions are written in English for the convenience of our members in Bangladesh. k7777ai reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes on the platform, and the revised terms will take effect from the date of publication.

• These terms apply to use of the platform from any device.
• K7777ai's privacy policy forms part of these terms and conditions.
• Each bonus offer carries its own specific terms, which apply alongside these general terms.
• K7777ai operates in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on k7777ai:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth, address, and phone number.
• Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

K7777ai reserves the right to decline any registration application, particularly where the information provided is false or incomplete. Large withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

K7777ai supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically between 15 minutes and up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above a certain limit will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Daily withdrawal limits are set by the platform and are subject to change.

Funds deposited into your account are used for betting. Deposits are not directly refundable; however, if a deposit fails due to a technical error, it will be returned within the designated timeframe.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Your account must be fully verified before you can claim any bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus applies to one person, one household, one IP address, or one payment method.
• Wagering must be completed within a set timeframe after claiming a bonus — the bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is missed.
• Cashback bonuses are generally calculated based on net losses.
• K7777ai reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on k7777ai:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available.
• If the outcome of a bet is determined before the match begins, that bet will be voided.
• Pre-match betting: bets must be placed before the designated cut-off time.
• Live Betting: Place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be cancelled and your stake refunded.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be settled using the remaining valid selections.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k7777ai:

• Involvement in match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Hacking the platform's software or using automated bots.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using another person's account.
• Taking any fraudulent action against the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other members.

7Account Closure & Suspension

K7777ai may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraud are detected.
• If a member requests to close their own account.

Members may also request account closure at any time through customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules, however bonus balances are non-refundable.

8Responsible Betting

K7777ai takes responsible betting seriously. Betting should be fun, not an addiction. The following safety tools are available on our platform:
